The lime zest hits immediately, sharp and citrusy, then softens into that musky base without turning powdery or sweet. I sprayed it on before a long workday and could still catch the lily of the valley note on my wrist by the evening—great staying power for an eau de toilette.
I kept getting compliments within an hour of spraying this on my neck. The lime blossom and neroli dry down to something soft and musky that lasts through a full workday, which is rare for an eau de toilette at this price.
The dry down is where this really shines—the lily of the valley and musky base soften the sharp citrus into something warm and elegant. I sprayed it on at 8am and could still catch whiffs of neroli on my collar well past dinner.
